Change of corporate name to MDB AG
|
MDB AG is an equity investment company with its head office in Munich. It aquires majority shares of successful small and mediumsized companies in the building-supplies industry in Germany, Western and Eastern Europe and Asia, on the longest-term basis possible.
Its focus in doing so is on two fields of building supplies, namely building construction and interior development. Its preferred target group are high-growth and high-earning manufacturers of niche prod-ucts and special products with promising market prospects.
Even in the case of 100% takeovers, the acquired companies retain their own manage-ment and independence, as well as their corporate structure. This also means that they retain their corporate flexibility and their ability to remain innovative and competitive.
The unlisted companies gain the financial strength required to finance their growth and increase their earnings power through the holding, which - as a listed company - gives them indirect access to the capital market.
Another strategic goal is the intensive utilization of synergy advantages within the group of companies.
As a listed stock-exchange corporation, MDB AG offers investors the opportunity to participate in the success of small and medium-sized companies.
